RTI User Group Conference 2004

The RTI User Group Conference is being held at the Drake Hotel in exciting downtown Chicago, IL from Sunday evening September 26 through Wednesday, Sept. 29. The Drake Hotel is conveniently located along the Magnificent Mile™ at the center of Chicago's shopping, nightlife, and cultural attractions.

The new Version 5.0 of CustomerFirst, SalesFirst, and WebFirst will be the basis for discussion and training sessions.

Hotel Reservations
Conference attendees must make hotel reservations directly with the Drake Hotel. They can be contacted at (312) 787-2200. When making reservations please indicate that you are attending the RTI User Conference. The Drake has set aside a large number of rooms for the conference, but please make your reservations early in order to ensure availability. The contracted room rate for conference attendees is $175.00 per night plus taxes.
