New Products--RTI’s WebFirst and CustomerFirst

Repository Technologies, Inc. has announced WebFirst, software for the CustomerFirst system for customer service, defect tracking and problem resolution on the World Wide Web.

According to the Woodridge, Ill., company, WebFirst provides access via standard browsers to the information stored in CustomerFirst databases. Companies can extend database access to customers, partners and prospects outside the enterprise.

The product also includes security measures to ensure that unauthorized users don’t gain access to confidential information.

Pricing starts at $5,000 for 100 customers.
